  1. After seeing this Thanksgiving night, I, along with my sons, immediately went into the kitchen to make the fried stuffing/potato cake with the poached egg. OFF THE WALL CRAZY GOOD! We couldn't stop oooing and ahhhing after every bite. Will definitely be making the other recipes as they all looked amazing. Thanks for sprucing up, what would have been, boring leftovers! Love your channel.

  2. Holy crap! So, the cranberry sauce / sour cream is amazing! I did a BURGER (smashed) with cheddar (sorry…all I had), red onions, toasted bun (of course), mayo (not Japanese…don't have any) and a mega BLOP of this sauce on top! Dude! SO DANG GOOD!!! So…thanks!!

  4. One of my thanksgiving leftover meals is to chop up turkey, and mix it with leftover stuffing, and a little gravy. Then, you form that into a ball, and then put a layer of mashed potatoes over the outside (think scotch egg, with the egg being the turkey/stuffing mix, and the potatoes being the sausage). Dip that in egg, then roll in panko, and deep fry it.

  5. PLEASE for the love of God and all things holy, PLEASE mix in the bits that are on the inside of the pan nearest to you. The blind spot inside near the handle. I have nearly poked a hole in my screen as I SCREAM at you "You can't leave those bits there the whole time. GET THOSE KIDS in with the rest of the ingredients".

  8. Hi Sam: My wife and I love your show. You have taught us so much about cooking that we actually look forward to making dinner at night compared to going out to eat. Should you ever get a chance would you please make something with Salmon in it. My wife loves salmon, but we have it the same way in the oven all the time. Any ideas?   9. Spatchcocked a turkey the day after Thanksgiving…. found myself talking to him an awful lot calling him "buddy"! a little trouble with the back bone, but not too bad for my first try! Turned out awesome! Thanks for the lesson!

  10. The gnocchi recipe with pumpkin pie filling could be done with just a can of pumpkin pie filling. No need to sacrifice the pumpkin pie crust to get it.

  11. Thank you, Sam!!! My birthday was on Thursday and we did turkey day with hub's fam. My folks were out of town and my mom's birthday is tomorrow. I made her a full feast today and cooked/spatchcocked my first turkey! She LOVED it!! 🤗
