Ahhhh these are apps, made as apps, served two to a skewer, everyone loved them. Some were honey glazed, some hot honey glazed, and some we used buffalo butter on, flipping fan-fuckin-tastic.

Looks Delish. I agree those are def appetizer size. Certain "fuss buckets" or a caterer might peel them to a more uniform size or at least a maximum so they presented as a small mouthful.

I have a little gadget that belonged to my mom for cutting hassle back potatoes. It worked great and they are delicious!

I think if you put the potatoes in a plastic bowl with lid, and GENTLY shake them up, even upside down, they will get coated easier and better!
