  1. My mother always said that if you are carrying something liquid, and you whistle a waltz, you won’t spill what you are carrying. It smooths out your cadenece. Who are we to argue with my mother?

  2. Don't understand how Sam and boys stay so slim. I have drawn so much inspiration from Sam's recipes, over the years. And, like Sam, Breakfast is my favorite meal, except when we are talking Italian dinner.

  3. Sam: I really enjoy your channel and your video presentations: however if you want the egg dish to stay together, you must completely line the inside of the pan with parchment paper so the egg has no means of escape. Keep up the good work, It's nice to see that a Pro like yourself can have a miss step once in a while. I hate cooking shows where nothing ever goes wrong or they cover it up!!

  4. I love the show,always. But I hate the lighting. You've got the gear! Move the light slightly off axis from the camera. The light is so flat it looks like a rendering. Expose for the background so that it isn't blown out. Then add you light and adjust it to expose for the subject. Then everything is beautiful. It could be so much better! Rant over.

  5. OMG Sam – freshly sharpened knives and then you chop on your flat top. Arghhh! Btw – awesome vid – I’m going to make this for my bride and I’m hopeful I’ll get a nice ‘return’ thanks at some point lol!
