Sam do you have an epic corn beef on rye with deep fried dill pickles on the side recipe. I would like to see a video and cooking your own corn beef meat from scratch. I would love to dazzle my husband with this. He gets the one at an Arby's restaurant, but I know you could step it up and make it sensational. This is your brain after being starved and sleep deprived. This is a nontraditional recipe with potato chips and eggs. And this is your clean plate afterwards.
I used to make a similar thing for breakfast using home made pickled banana peppers and the pickling juice.
An English version with malt vinegar would be interesting too.
This is a weird take on chilaquiles and I am sure chilaquiles is better.
Hard take on David Chang: bastardizing food traditions with “fusion” that involves marketing call-backs to corporate brands isn’t revolutionary, it’s just being a cooking whore.
Chang’s problem is that he worked for a string of celebrity chefs and pursued the celebrity chef route to fame and money instead of moving to Seoul and learning how to cook.
The guy who is actually doing real Korean-American fusion is that gay TikTok chef from Detroit Jon Kung. That guy is doing real cooking not celebrity gimmicks.

Made this the other day, using the salt and vinegar potato chips. I was skeptical, but it turned out to be excellent.
BBQ pulled pork, and some Sambal Oelek would have been the perfect additions. I've got all the ingredients and I'm going to make it for breakfast tomorrow. 😁
