The whole Christmas tree tangent cracked me up.
Made the sauce and put it on some wings dredged with cornstarch mixed with salt and pepper. Whole family loved em and my wife and boys only ever want honey bbq wings so this was a big win.

The best way to cut the leg from the thigh is lay the it down with the skin side down. Cut along the fat line and it will cut right through EVERY TIME.
