PESTO CHICKEN AND ORZO RECIPE
For the Chicken:
1.5lb of Chicken Breast (or thighs which I prefer) cut into large pieces
1/4 cup of Fresh Pesto
Sprinkle of Paprika
Sprinkle of Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Salt to taste
Drizzle of Oil

For the Remaining Ingredients:
1 Large of 2 Small Zucchini, thinly sliced
3 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Pint of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 cup of Orzo
2.5 cups of Chicken Stock
2” Piece of Parmesan rind, optional
Few Leaves of Basil
Sprinkle of Garlic and Herb

  6. Hi Laura can you please link or tell us this exact pan shallow braiser you are in the video? It looks like it is a Le Creuset 2-3 serving not the deeper magnolia one. Also the garlic seasoning you used is not the one linked here can you please clarify for us thank you! The recipe looks delicious

  7. I can see a version of Chopped, Laura style. A friend, Papa Sal, Joe or your daughter ask that you make dinner out of three ingredients. Not in that time frame of course. It's family. Record it live as you do with them presenting the ingredients. It's a thought.
