I didn’t have whipping cream so I used Balkan yogurt. Worked great and made a Gorgeous pie! Used a Kabocha squash I was given in the fall. Will make again.

Hi Laura and Mia thank you for this video. My grandaughters love pumpkin pie but I’ve not done it. I followed everything exact but after I took it out and it cooled it cracked in the middle. Can you show how to know when it’s done ? You say bake for an hour and I did. Yours isn’t cracked. What did I do?
