I made this, delicious. Served it on top of some stir fried Udon Noodles to make a meal of it. Didn't have any Mozarella, which is bland anyway, so was going to use grated cheddar until I realised I had some Blue Cheese, so used that……. taste sensation. Give it a try.

Can confirm, "mozz" is said in NJ, but it's not THE way to say/order it, just ask for mozzarella like a normal person 😂

I made it as written, and it was fantastic. I made a separate batch replacing the gochujang with sriracha to make it gluten free for my wife. Also turned out great.
