  1. Observation: You poured the sauce over the pasta IN the cooking pan, THEN you poured the mix from the pasta cooking pan into the baking dish, which left sauce in the cooking pan that will be wasted in the washing up — WHY not FIRST put the pasta from the cooking pan into the baking dish, then pour the sauce on top and mix everything IN the baking dish so that ALL the sauce is used and NOT wasted in the washing up !

    Also, when it comes to sauce, to minimize waste, I use water from a spay bottle to rinse the saucepan into the baking dish; the small amount of rinse water from the spray bottle will not thin the sauce AND then the pasta cooking pan and the sauce pan are almost clean and need only minimal washing water.

  2. Came here while mines is in oven…I layered the prosciutto in with the top layer of cheese and then came to the internet to see if I was crazy for doing it …thanks I feel cool now 😎 tho next time ill try yours!!!

  5. I just made. This today..my 10 year old daughter loved it….iam so happy i got this video a few days ago. I had no fontina…so i used only parmesan..it was still soooo good
