Please say my name! I never had the proper tools to do prep work. My go-to knife is a steak knife, and a rather cheap one with plastic handle. Slices buns? Check. Slices veggies? Check. Cuts raw meats? Check. Does everything look nice after cutting? Hell no!! It's more like a hack job 😢 Did I mention that I have been known to use plastic knives (like the ones you get with fast food) to prep stuff as well? I am a big 'FAIL' when it comes to cooking, which is why my freezer is full of frozen entrées from the supermarket. By the way, I am single and retired.
Pastrami, egg and cheese is just as classic as the BEC here is in NYC…always has been, especially in the 5 boroughs…The BEC is just cheaper and quicker…But I’ve been eating these for breakfast since a teenager here in Queens, NYC, great video nonetheless

March:recipe. Sam, please develop a recipe for fried chicken livers. I used to make a "Frugal Gourmet" (Jeff Smith) chicken liver dish.
Dredge livers with a flour, salt & pepper mix.
Fry in your favorite oil.
When livers are nearly done, pour white vinegar into the pan to make a gravy.
They were good, but I believe that you can improve this dish by miles.

I love 99.9% of what you do but those wet sloppy eggs make it impossible to eat. When you try and put it in your mouth they just squirt out everywhere, Try it again with a fried egg. 1/10 on this one.
Food for thought….. New York is famous for serving crazy intense food for all the drunks and drug tweakers that roam the streets.
