We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. I trust you do understand that the butter and oil thing is a ludicrous myth. The solids and the butters burn at a particular temperature. Adding things to get to that temperature doesn't matter. The butter is going to experience exactly the same heat as it would experience if you left it a lot in the pan. The only thing I can think of that it would affect is carrying the butter flavor further than the butter itself would do, but since if you cook it at proper temperature, it's not going to burn anyhow. Why do you want to dilute butter with plant grease??

  2. I'm a burger fanatic in oklahoma, and I appreciate your recipes and awesome videos! I got the best seasoning recipe but your grinding blend from the 2.0 just sent it into the stratosphere!

  3. Let me guess its a best burger, ever. Man so boring naming every second Video after this scheme just to comfort the youtube algorithm. Be more creative just my two cents. You lost definitely my attention. Name your Channel here Sam wit the same stuff.

  4. At first you read the title and think,: "Again the best burger? Yeah right… Sam (and Max)"
Then I thought: "wait, now I have the excuse I need to make this one. Because, what if all the other "best burgers" were actually second and third best burgers?"

  5. Here in the NE, tri-state area, we have a local (originally dairy based) farmer market type grocer chain called "Stew Leonard's". They do everything top notch, including their butcher department. For years they've been creating burgers like these in all sorts of varieties, very tasty stuff. 👍👍

  6. OK That cereal SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and so expensive Don't waste your money and they says they will refund your money if you don't like it, it took 4 months to get my money back and i had to argue with them because they wanted to give me a credit instead my cash back.

  7. Man, all the people in the comments complaining about the language. That’s just Sams style. let the man do his thing. He’s making food and having fun doing it. Instead of taking the time to complain, just go watch another cooking channel.

  8. When I was a kid, my dad used to make these awesome stuffed burgers called, “continentals”. He would make two thin patties and then pile up Ingredients of our choice. Bacon, cubed ham or Canadian bacon, cheese, onions, mushrooms, etc. and then add the other thin patty on top and then form them up. You should try them Sam! And do what you wish with them, because there are no rules!

  9. Looks delish. Only change for my personal taste is I need the burger to be tougher. I would need a binder in the meat. I really like the texture of a tighter burger. I will def try this❤
