  1. I know I'm late to this party but , before I saw this was here, watched Ramsey make a grilled po'boy on the beach in Key West.
    I'd like you guys to find it and see if Sam has the balls to put up against Gordan for this. Hey, I love you guys but his grilled shrimp po'boy kinda looks really good. I don't expect a show in Key West just Sam's take on it. And I really gotta find a way to fix my user name.

  2. I made the roulade. Not for the shrimp. My wife was tired of shrimp. Instead, I sous vide a pork tenderloin for sandwiches on pretzel buns. Not only only was the remulade great, I mixed it with chimichurri. Fantastic! Eat different! Octopus!

  3. Sam: WOW, I made these tacos for dinner tonight. I kinda improvised as I only had some cherry tomatoes and some chopped romaine lettuce. I could have used a slightly smaller shrimp BUT…
    the aioli sauce was spot on. You're right as the Old Bay really works with this. It's all your fault that I now drag out my air fryer, my Instant Pot and am trying a bunch of your stuff. Next is the one pan chicken fricassee. We'll see how that turns out!
