  1. Hi Laura, I like your channel and I have a question. In your recipe, it says 28 oz of tomatoes for 12 ounces of spaghetti. In other similar recipes for puttanesca, generally it says something around 14 oz of tomatoes for a similar amount of spaghetti. So half of the quantity. Why is there a so big difference in quantity for tomatoes ? Just curious. Thanks for your help! πŸ™‚

  2. I just watched your cheesy garlic bread recipe; we will have that tonight with your spaghetti sauce recipe. I may be tempted to use this Puttanesca sauce over angel hair pasta instead. This is a huge step away from my comfort zone with the anchovies. I am determined to go above and beyond with my cooking.   4. Lol, for from reason i don't like the fresh homemade tomatoes sauce. I just so used to the store bought thst when i tried the homemade sauce i was like no, the no flavor but tomatoes

  8. K here’s the thing. When I incorporate the pasta as you did to the sauce, the pasta has a thickish residue of starch on it. How do I remedy that ? I love the method yes ! I can’t seem to nail it tho.
