I just made this 4 days ago! Capers, Gaeta, Castleveltrano, and all the ingredients mentioned. So Fabulous!!
Do more italian dishes if yu run out of ideas. Maybe from the north of Italy or Sicily.
Love, love, love this, the recipe, the beautiful and charming cook so up beat and perky then the father with the italian accent. perefecto
No oregano?
I made this for dinner tonight with linguine with capers and olives I also added shrimp πso good thank you Laura πππ€€
Laura i say this with no mean intentions but you look much better with dark hair like you had when you were younger. sorry
Hi Laura, I like your channel and I have a question. In your recipe, it says 28 oz of tomatoes for 12 ounces of spaghetti. In other similar recipes for puttanesca, generally it says something around 14 oz of tomatoes for a similar amount of spaghetti. So half of the quantity. Why is there a so big difference in quantity for tomatoes ? Just curious. Thanks for your help! π
I always thought that was her husband π€£π€£ until someone said itβs her dad in the comments haha
I just watched your cheesy garlic bread recipe; we will have that tonight with your spaghetti sauce recipe. I may be tempted to use this Puttanesca sauce over angel hair pasta instead. This is a huge step away from my comfort zone with the anchovies. I am determined to go above and beyond with my cooking. In fact, you should have a separate video station where you specifically encourage others to go above and beyond with their cooking. You could call it…"Above and beyond with Laura Vitale.
Ciao, my father was originated from puglia in southern italy and loved garlic, like i do as a half italian, so many greetings from brunswick in germany and please stay safe π

Laura you never disappoint me. What can I say??? !!!
Other than I love your recipes and I love the way you explain them to us. Keep the work my dear. God bless you.
Laura, you've grown so much throughout the years. Your cooking is so natural and you look so comfortable now in front of the camera. I have been watching you for many years now since you first began filming at your old home when you would number your episodes. You've come such a long way with your success. I'm so happy for you.
is he always like this? i've seen him before, but he was in rare form today: "i hear your mother got pulled over for speeding." π€£. no cover.
I've watched your videos a lot since I was about 12-13 years old and now I'm 20. I always get nostalgic watching your cooking videos every now and then. Love your videos and also love how happy you are when cooking. keep posting great videos and recipes!
ur dad is great!!!!π€£πthanku for your yummy recipe, too.π€
Beautiful dish but not as Beautiful as you π haha.
thanks for sharing Laura
Awesome β€
Papa Sal is such a mood. πππ
K hereβs the thing. When I incorporate the pasta as you did to the sauce, the pasta has a thickish residue of starch on it. How do I remedy that ? I love the method yes ! I canβt seem to nail it tho.
Both of you make a dish, but make the same dish (your own take on it). Both of you blindly rank themβ see if you can who made what dish! π
Am I weird for loving angel hair in everything? I even put it in carbonara.
mmmm, that looks so yummy. My mouth is watering π Laura, I was wondering where you got the bowl from that you had the pasta in.
