BUT … the whole "under 15 minutes" part is a bit bullshit hahaha. With all the prep this is more of a "around 45 minutes" than 15 minutes recipe.

Just tried it for tonight’s dinner. I really liked it but my wife was not too keen for it was way too spicy. It’s a terrific dish but if you have people who don’t like very spicy food, I suggest reducing the Gochu Jang down to just one tea spoon or less. Also, go easy on the Chinese Chilly oil. Thanks Sam for great cooking ideas.
