Just made this with what I had in my pantry – which is most ingredients yay! Subbed tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes and subbed burrata with goat cheese…. YUM!!!! Thank you for sharing
5:34 That's not just in your brain. Adding salt raises the boiling point of water, so you have to heat it longer to get it to boil. Also, this looks delicious, and I'm gonna have to try making it!

I made this! I added chicken to it and the first liquid I added to dilute the tomato paste was wite wine. It worked out beautifully!

I’m back. I added anchovies to my portion. My son loves this dish and he hates most pasta dishes…but I didn’t push the anchovies on him. This is my favorite dish now.

No, its not in your brain. Salt prevents water from boiling as usual. Its a scientific fact.

Just made this, was so delicious. I added Calabrian chilli paste instead of chilli flake. Didn’t have any burrata so I stirred in 2 tbs of ricotta and a fresh drizzle of oil at the end. chefs kiss
