I made these and they're great! I actually just melted the butter and let it cool instead of softening to room temp. I think it helps with the chewiness!
Wow. What a cutie. Any more children coming up. β€

"Mommy I love cooking with you." As a dude even that got me.

Do you have a Philly cheesesteak recipe?
Can this recipe be used in making a Colossal Cookie? (or) Would it be too much dough to cook at once?
Sheβs definitely going to cook like a pro just like mommy! π€
I loved helping my mother bake pies when I was your daughter's age. I got to mix the dough by hand and roll it.
1-1/4 cup of All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
1/4 tsp of Salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup of Tahini
1 cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Sea Salt
