We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. lol sometimes its great being a southerner sam you what you say about people not liking onion it's the same thing just try it. squarel is good dont get me wrong it's not for every day it's a fall thing make sure it doesn't have weevils best bet is wait until the second frost of the year and make some squarel gravy and biscuits for breakfast with a couple eggs and you'll be good to go

  2. I've heard the description for the great taste of things accentuated by, "Holy Shit", "Jeezus H Christ" and "Oh my God" before but never, "Holy Mother of God" That must be the pinnacle of great taste. If so them there must be some might tastin' Chicken Legs (Tennessee speak). Enjoy your videos greatly. Simplicity raised to a higher level. The cooking goes without saying but the entertainment value alone is worth the price of admission. Carry on!

  3. I grew up poor in rural East Kentucky. We only ate what we grew, fished, or hunted. That included squirrel. A plant of fried squirrel was a tasty boast to our protein need. Don’t be a jerk, and your pretend apology. BTW, I thoroughly enjoy your cooking j

  4. I hate mayoooooo and potato salad BUT, this looks amazing SAM!!! I’m going to try this. I’ve been trying to watch all of your videos (there’s lots 😂😂) love the content and learning to not cook the same thing all the time.

  5. I usually cook the legs to about 180. I get the thighs up to about 175, and the breast about 165. You are right Sam, legs are different. They just take longer to get done.

  6. i just watched a video on a chili fried chicken on a channel called pro home cooks. It is an asian recipe. I wish you would do a take on this but maybe use pablanos or something a little less firey than they did. thanks

  7. I live and work in Shanghai and just made the BBQ chicken. Wow…..that was amazing. I replaced the Asian chili sauce with some local chili paste that I have. Can't wait to invite some people over and make this again! BOOM!!
