  1. It is a messy burger best eaten at the beach in the summer. Most "fish and chip" shops in Australia sell this burger. Love getting a local burger that weighs more than double of any McDonalds burgers at the same price.

I don't know who sold you this pup but Aussie bred and born and have NEVER seen a monstrosity like this, we never——never have a double meat burger, unless it;s a Big Mac and hardly anyone eats those. We construct basically the same but it looks better, sits better and never resembles a tower in Pisa. Please do it properly so we don't look like a land of tossers.

Depending on where you get it its a "Burger with the lot" or a "Works burger" also as an Aussie that lived in USA, make sure you get pickled beets not regular beets, but you must have ETA or at worst Masterfoods BBQ sauce, an American BBQ sauce will not work……..and this is coming from someone who makes sauces ๐Ÿ˜‰

  5. BBQ sauce is so Sydney… Here in Melbourne you have to have Tomato sauce! Single patty only and the onions need to be thinly sliced and then caramalised more. Otherwise great job looks delicous!
