Made it, loved it. Used frozen hashbrowns, so it was hard to get that super great crisp layer. That mistake will not be made again, but this sandwich will be. The sauce really put it over the top!

I would have preferred the top bun to be baked instead of smashed because then it would be soft instead of hard like the bottom bun.
