  1. Looking foward to the book signing on 2/28 my ( birthday) but im from chicago and we have a hamburger thats topped with Gyro meat tahziki sauce tomato and grilled onions delicious!! 😋

  2. Made it, loved it. Used frozen hashbrowns, so it was hard to get that super great crisp layer. That mistake will not be made again, but this sandwich will be. The sauce really put it over the top!

  3. I would have preferred the top bun to be baked instead of smashed because then it would be soft instead of hard like the bottom bun.

  4. Next restaurant in little Italy…breakfast restaurant…Sam and Eggs. No applause necessary. Send me a check for $12.00 and free eating for life. I live in Illinois and go west maybe every couple of years. Cheap date I am.
