Here in Texas we call this chicken fried chicken. White gravy from the drippings instead of Beurre Blanc.

Well. Nice chicken. I think the flavor came from the cleaning towel used to wipe the countertops of dirt and puting it the pan. Next recipe have a mop for the floor. Check the taste. Lol

It is a very funny cooking show, and a show indeed! I enjoyed the show! The end result is a piece of fried chicken with too generously applied butter sauce. The recipe is similar to chicken Francaise….may be put on top of some pasta and make a wholesome dinner!
