  1. We are currently OBSESSED with poached eggs and scotch eggs. This just married the two and blew our minds. We are gluten free so we used Kinnickkinnick Panko-style gluten free breadcrumbs and it’s still out of this world delicious. Thanks for getting us addicted. We can’t stop watching.

  2. Well I think you finally have my fave video! Poached has always been my favorite way to cook eggs. When I was in the hospital for close to a year I found out that hospitals quit making eggs all together. I was looking forward to having one every morning. They gave me the excuse that they have to be completely cooked and that's why they don't. I was pissed!

  3. Why not just steam the eggs in the shell for 6 minutes and then into ice water? Peel once cooled and perfectly shaped eggs with no stress of poaching. Also no stringy bits to trim off. Yolks still come out runny.

  4. The egg doesn’t have much because it’s actually fresh! Most store bought eggs contain ALOT of water as well actually being about 1-2 months old before you ever receive them. So the longer they sit the more water the yoke and surrounding parts absorbs!

  5. Gaaaaa!!! I love your videos and again told you once told you a million times… I HATE the way you mess with your meat on your grill or pan… loooaaathe it. But all your food is good and I bought a knife and both your books.
