  1. This is incredible! We just had it with andouille sausage instead of Italian sausage. And we’re already thinking of ways to mix up the ingredients for different flavors. Another win Sam!!!

PUT THEM ALL IN BETWEEN 2 TUP-O-WEAR LIDS [SAME LIDS IF POSSIBLE]-[ALSO YOU WANT THE LIDS TO HAVE A LIP TO HOLD THE CHERRY TOMATOES STILL] THAN PRESS DOWN EVER SO SLIGHTLY AND CUT IN BETWEEN THE 2 LIDS AND ITLL CUT ALL OF THEM IN HALF WITH 1 SLICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ……………………………………………………………………………………I'm not yelling I just want you to see it.   3. Only things missing, in my opinion, are diced mushrooms and sliced black olives. I think I'd also rather use mildly spicy ground Italian sausage than that other "stuff.".

  4. I’m sorry. It looks like garbage. It looks like trash food made by people who don’t know how to cook. You could have made beautiful omelettes in 1/4 of the time.

  5. Made this today. Looked amazing, smelled amazing, but runny inside with the biscuits that weren't on top closer to raw than cooked. We live at high altitude, 6000'. Any others have this problem and have you figured out a correction?

  6. The technique you used to cut the basil is called chiffonade.

    As for earbuds at your desk, why don't you have a set of decent reference monitors?

    I did like your recipe though so I'm not a hater.
