From the Asian market use a curry cube to make the sauce very tasty and super easy. Vermont Curry or Golden Curry are delicious.
Did a good job. Not sure about the curry sauce. Missed the msg in the mix but overall did a good job.

We made this. One of my favorite StCG recipes ever. One thing we did different. Instead of doing thrice cooked fries, which are a pain in the ass in my kitchen, we used the "World's Best Air Fryer Fries" from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yw–NLjZBNk&t=405s
