I always grind some brisket when I smoke a burger… just takes it to that next level. Burger looks awesome.

Do you find that the type or flavor of pellet in the Traeger makes a difference in the smoke flavor of the burger or the wings? Also noticed you used a temp of 250, which at least on my Traeger disables “super smoke” mode. Any difference with super smoke on?

Sam, Thank you. Im from the UK, and have never heard of HP sauce being a steak sauce. Brown sauce as we call it, predominantly goes on a traditional English fry up, or my wife has it on her bacon sandwich! I will definitely be trying this. Also is there any way to do this without a smoker? Or converting a charcoal BBQ into one?! This recipe is a must try for me and my family!
