Edit: one thing that would make it more authentic is to use a mix of beef and chicken stock, about 2 parts beef stock to 1 part chicken stock.

Catching up since I just came back home… Oui, au Québec… after a family holiday (love have mercy) in Scotland with my 23 yo and 20 yo daughters (and my lovely wife). First off, ignore some of the comments, your attempt at French Canadians speaking English is off … like way off (ie: terrible)!! It started not bad, but your repetive 'eh' killed it. I'm French Canadian from Québec. Take my word for it. That being said 'mon ami', I have to share kudos for finding actual cheese curds all the way in California! But enough about that (Tabarnak!!) I now have about 24h to come with something for your contest to get that Traeger in my backyark (aka: the Moose Pit). Challenge accepted!
