Everyone uses vanilla but swapping for almond extract in the batter is delicious. Finish in cinnamon sugar, Carmel drizzle, hot apple pie filling, and a dollop of whipped cream. 👍🏻

This would be a fun Halloween party snack!!!
Take two and fill one side with mascarpone, wipe cream and strawberries. Put the top on, lightly warm to just soften the mascarpon. Top the top with wipe cream, strawberries 🍓 and lightly dust with powder sugar. Add a protein and dark coffee ☕️ and call it breakfast or brunch. It's a play on "stuff french toast".
