We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. We take waffles seriously in our house https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxUfphIgghPSpAXNq6OG2WRYsFVqylcqMn and worked our old one through many years of Sunday brunches till it finally gave out on us. Our old one only made two at a time, this one makes four! Nicely sized 1 inch thick which are lovely! Now the kids don't have to wait as long to eat our weekly waffle breakfast and everyone's are hot if we wait and eat all together! Setting 3 seems to work perfect for golden brown. Be sure to pour the batter in the center of each waffle square, not the center of the iron like the novice that posted the scorched waffles photo. About a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter in each seemed to work well for us. We tested making just one at a time so we could use all the remaining batter and it made it just as fluffy and golden as when we made 4!

  2. These are great. Time consuming to make one at a time, and one is not enough for most people. So I ordered … ummm … plenty. That way I can use multiples at once and get the job done. They're small, so storage isn't a huge problem. I also got one that does four square waffles –big time saver too. Anyway, well worth the expense. These fridge extremely well, not going bad too early, and freeze just fine. Make them in a big batch. You can also do things like add coconut flour, psyllium husks, dried herbs, etc. ad infinitum to make them taste more flavorful, less eggy, make them hold together better, burn less, etc. There is a whole lot to explore here!

  3. Great recipes, as always, Sam. Just made a tater tot waffle and it's ridiculous. So wierd, 'cause I just started playing with the waffle maker again and hadn't seen this video.

  4. I've been different types of chaflfes for over a year. This is my favorite way to make them ( a friend gave me the recipe) because they are super crunchy (great for low carb pizza)
1 cup low moisture mozzarella cheese
    2 tablespoons almond flour
1 egg (egg white only) = 2 tablespoons egg whites
    1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum

  5. We made these on our full sized waffle iron so we tried the recipe, just tried to judge the right amounts (and we used some diced ham because we had it). The egg spilled over the side and made a mess but the waffle tasted very good! Will try again just not add the ham and add more cheese.
