We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. Do not understand why you edit out the use of paper towel roll for cleaning up mouth mess. You still have it as a logo. I would think if you were going to edit out something, it would be the excessive use of f&*k.

  2. Those fried goat cheese medallions are an excellent addition to salads: Baby greens, arugula, roasted beets, avocado, red onion, grilled chicken, sliced oranges, topped with an orange citrus dressing.

  3. Thanks so much for the content sam and kevin but imo that fucker is gona be either as dry af or basically all cheese tasting, and in the country I live in 1 of that mfs will cost me about what it cost me to feed my entire family of 4 for a day easily!

  4. If you’re not licking the goat cheese wrapper clean I have lost all faith in your Fat-shirt slogans, SAM. I mean sir, really. Commit.

Also, you found your meat mallet! Kudos. I pity your avocado oil bottle.

  5. Deep fried cheese is actually a czech recipe (czech here)…and still you nailed the fuck outta it. Honestly…you should start dropping a mic after each episode. Good stuff!

  6. Not a huge fan of goat cheese, but I subbed provolone and turned it into a pizza burger, topped with marinara, pepperoni, spinach, mushrooms, onions…any pizza topping would work. Delicious! Great first grill of the season!!!

  7. Hello Sam,
    Greetings from India.
    I love your burger/sandwich recipes.
I have a request for you for 2 of my favourite burgers.
One is TGIF's Signature Tennessee Whiskey Glazed Burger and the other one is Nando's Nandocas Choice Burger (Garlic Bread + Coleslaw + Peri Peri Chicken Breast + Cheese)
It would be great if you can guide us with home made Garlic Peri Peri Sauce too… and the Whiskey Glaze…
Seems like bit of a challenge but hope you are up for it… 🙂
    Thanks.
    Big Fan.
    Regards,
    Harman

  8. Will make the ham and cheese soon, but thinking as an adaptation to a Monte Cristo though. What would you do for that and add as a sauce? Keep it as a tradition jelly, or? Great tasty work as always Sam and Team!!!

  9. Hey Sam, I’m a huge fan of the show and been watching for years. At the restaurant I work at we have a delicious burger called the Hashtag Burger. It’s a beef patty with boursin cheese, thick cut bacon, and fig jam on a brioche bun. So many good contrasting flavors and I would love to see you make it!

  10. Here's a burger you might not have seen or eaten, It's the Aussie coat of arms burger. It's a mixture of Kangaroo and Emu. Now remember Aussie burgers always have a slice of beetroot in them plus lettuce, mayo etc and a really good bun, not brioche. Tastes great. Cheers

  11. Love it… but I have a request..
I would love for you to some form of Ceviche… be it an Ecuadorian or a Peruvian version. I'd love to see a STCG version. Lol

  12. I'd like to see you re-create the Bulls-eye BBQ bacon double cheeseburger from BK from years ago. That particular no HFCS sauce is no longer available. Best approximation I've found is from Weber, their sweet & thick original (which I'm not 100% sure is still available). Thanks you three, and keep it up.
