We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So letβs make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesnβt have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU βοΈ

Yes old now and no upper teeth, searching for good recipes with soft food but appetizing and this looks great to try. Next on my list !! β€
Don' t hear a thing remote to house construction! Just you and funny
400 degrees ?? for 2.5 hours? WOW…
No can't hear any of it your All good Sam. Excellent dish today looking forward to cooking this
I saw a pk of 4 of these at Costco yesterday. They were really big & thick . I think it was $28.00. far less (like half the cost) than short ribs which I make & serve the same way. Thank you.
I saved this video about 2 years ago but never made it because I never saw beef shanks at the grocery store. Last weekend they had them at Costco and today I made it. OH. MY. GOD!!! This is one of the best things I've ever eaten. My wife was blown away! Unbelievable! I did two things differently; my tube of tomato paste was ancient, so I just used a big squirt of Sweet Baby Ray's in place of the tomato paste, and I used mashed potatoes instead of polenta (I'm not a fan of polenta). It was absolutely delicious. I'll be making this regularly going forward, especially when I'm trying to impress guests.
You say 400 degree oven for shanks but recipe says 325.
4:28 tomato paste in a cast iron??
Same recipe, however with a couple changes: I like to use chicken stock, ketchup instead of paste and I like to slice the onions long ways end to end instead of dice.
Much more pleasant to listen to and watch without the gratuitous cursing. The osso bucco looks amazing, giving it a go this weekend

I use this recipe to make my beef stew
I hate tomato paste
400 for a braise??
Is it 400 for two hours or 325 for longer?? Sam says 400β¦β¦ mine is tougher than whale bonesβ¦β¦
Why soy sauce thoπ’
I didn't hear any background noise…π
OMG! This turned out soooooo good! I could only find shanks around an inch thick. I lowered the temp to 300F and cooked for two hours. Came out fork tender and juicy! The sauce and the polenta really helps to make a better than restaurant quality meal!
You can use the garlic coverings to flavour oil for cooking.
Can't hear any building work.
I just made mushrooms and beef shens last night with canna Butter and egg noodles
400 degrees is a bit high, no? I thought the idea was low and slow? Slow and low that is the tempo. I'll be running my oven at 325Β° for 2 hours cause shit i dunno, now I'm wondering if 400 will get rid of the little slime like edging that comes alongside the innards, that is delicious Af but maybe could be better, idk
Cool! My son raises beef and I can get all of these I want.
You have fucked this recipe up.
