I made this tonight, honestly I think this is a great idea for a burrito?… The sandwich is super messy and unwieldly. But if you did the chopped part and put it in a tortilla? Might have something there.

When I make my carne asada tacos (older son's favorite) I use lime juice, fajita seasoning (in a packet… just easier) and (because I saw you do it a couple years ago) soy sauce… it's frickin' amazing and as long as I get it a nice medium-medium rare and slice it right, it makes wonderful tacos. Thanks for that, btw!
