Been to Hong Kong numerous times on business. The open air markets were disgusting. Raw meat not refrigerated, flies and insects buzzing the food stands. And the worst part, they all drive on the wrong side of the road…
Cart noodles can be very diverse, and everyone should try them. Try with different types and combinations until you find your perfect match.
