A5 supposed to have much more of a sear. And you cut them on the same cutting board with the same knife lol this video made me sad for the wagyu
I have never had a wagyu steak and I’ve been learning how to smoke steaks and grill .. I’ve really had a ton of fun doing it ! Can’t wait until I try my first one. Love the content guys keep it up !
Great comments, I have had wagyu parties and plan future ones, so if I could get olive wagyu that would provide something I have had a hard time sourcing.
Torching them steaks is the least pleasing cooking I have ever watched you do. I think you should have just fried them on your big hot top.
