Made the flatbread pizza for a party yesterday. It was a HUGE HIT! Everyone absolutely loved it.

Just a lingering thought, it is dunk and hoist, NOT bring up! I am a Cancer survivor unfortunately my tongue didn't make it. I live through SAM as the way he presents food and experiences the Aroma, which is all I have left, but to see him cook, is a joy for me, as I have cooked many a holiday meal for a couple of dozen of my closest outlaws and enjoyed all. To watch him take his first byte and describe it so happily, gives me a pleasing memory. Don't cook any longer as I can not swallow what I cook. I blend food till it is a liquid and swallow by gravity and there is no taste but there is an aroma of what's in my throat. Dysphagia and Dysphasia in Medical Terminology.
MAX, a question, would you consider doing a side job? as if I sent you 90 minutes of footage from 2 cameras, would you edit down to 25 minutes, and consider the cost I would need to pay?

Can I cook the tenderloin the day before then torch to sear it after it comes to room temperature the day of serving?
