We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. Did all that prep work, just to add "steak-ums"… That's some self-deprecating, sabotage level of work my dude.

Also the best subs in Buffalo are from Mike's & Mustachio's… Jim's Steakout has been overrated since 2017.

  2. Canadian here: I had one, once. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered a 6 inch…

I'll never be more thankful that the guy working told me I'd want a foot long. I should have bought two foot longs.

    (Heavy on the blue cheese!)

  3. I am from Buffalo, I think you have to be hammered at Jim's SteakOut to enjoy one of these. My cousin is a maniac and he will eat them for lunch and go back to work

  4. You could try making either the oklahoma onion burger or indian taco with frybread. During the depression folks would use onion to stretch out ground beef and now its a staple. Oh and theres always the good ol fashioned chicken fried steak WITH WHITE GRAVY NEVER BROWN

  5. Stingers are divided into two categories. Chicken finger and steak separated (this style) or chopped cheese style where everything is chopped up together on a flat top. You can't go wrong with either, but I prefer chopped. Also, Stingers are more of a Niagara Falls thing that has slowly become a Buffalo staple. This is why you have people in the comments saying they grew up in Buffalo but have no idea what a Stinger is.

  6. I’ve love the channel (mostly max) for years, but you can’t air fry the chicken fingers when you’re making a stinger. Sincerely, a fan from a buffalo suburb. P.S. You’re my hero, Sam.

  7. absolutely nothing replaces deep frying. Doctor it, oil it, 5-breadcrumb mix it, buttermilk, throw the kitchen sink at it. None of that will get it close to deep fry. You will come as close as vegan meat does to actual meat.
