We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

the only way i cook chicken now and im in my 60s and you FREEZE the milk left over from the pan and use in your soups or ??
Yeah, that’s an American original recipe… it’s been around in the states for decades, if not a couple of hundred years…
could probably do them in the air fryer too
Chicken bullion in the poaching and/or the flour would probably kick the salt and chicken flavoring up a notch.
Use the milk to make bechamel sauce for Mac and cheese to go with the chicken.
Hmm
Yes that looks freaking awesome. ❤❤
Why can't I move through this video or back it up where I want to? No other YouTube video has ever done this. ANNOYING
Love you and love the A-Aron reference. Cracked me up and my daughter was looking at me like I was crazy.❤
Can you try coconut milk, pineapple juice and curry? I'm going to try it but I have cancer and I can't taste properly ❤ Thanks!!!
1:15 “But what do I know, I grew up in a cult” A-Aron did a video about you quoting him in this video and this recipe looked amazing so I finally made it today and it was a big hit with my kiddos! I’m looking forward to trying your other recipes and internet sensation winners 😁
gonna try that out with some breast tenders in buttermilk.
I had to try it,,,, wow very crunchy and delicious,,,,, I had two legs that wouldn't fit in the pan so I did another and added pepper flakes to it wow what difference, should revisit this sometime.
Thank you Sam…my husband loved it! So simple to make.
I've used buttermilk, no water overnight before I fry.
Could you put butter on and oven bake?
Pretty simple! Poached in milk then deep fried with panko…you could do that with almost any protein & it would end up delicious…. seriously even meatballs would be awesome
I'll have to give this a try.
I don't like drumsticks that much but I do love wings. I think I'll try it with wings (but let them cool down a little longer)! Also, tip from a US Southern cook–season the flour, egg and the breadcrumbs not just the flour.
Don't stop there! You can use that milk for gravy.
You just need a good garlic dip with sweetness in it , I make something like with but with chicken breast because they get dry overtime because of salt in marinate so boil then in spicy milk and deep fry them juicy and flavour throughout
Now its skim milk. 😂
that milk would make great gravy
I would use the garlicmilk mixture for both accompanying mashed potatoes and some kind of creamy chicken gravy although I'm not sure how well the latter would turn out.
I would love for you to evaluate mail order food service companies. Maybe not exactly where you're coming from, but it would be helpful. I just got my first order from Cookunity and the packaging and food is pretty much horrible. I based my order on reviews.
could it be buttermilk instead of regular milk?
Chicken thighs and breasts.
That’s an A-A-Ron quote! 👏🏻👏🏻
What if you used butter milk instead of plain milk?
Isn't that supposed to use buttermilk? My family uses buttermilk.
So no link to the original video ? Really ?
its not much different from marinating chicken in yogurt for Indian Food
So sam …what did you do with the flavoured milk left in the pan???
It must be dry for legs, leg parts drip juice and fat when you take a bite. It probably tastes more like breast, white folks love chicken breast 😂
LOLZ I like the part of the intro that says "CANCELLED" even though Sam has 3.57 Million subscribers and hasn't done anything to get "cancelled"
Hmmm… Forgot to add salt 😂.. legit
I'd try buttermilk
Didn't even have to watch the whole video to know this method is legit. I was surprised to see Sam touting this like it was something brand new, and I understand how it was, new to him, a Canadian. What surprised me most was heating the milk. My grandmother used to soak chicken in buttermilk without heat and use the leftover liquid to make savory biscuits.
The looks absolutely gorgeous.
But does it taste good mmmmmmmmm
