Meanwhile Italians are sharpening their pitchforks … what a way to show your ancestors the finger. There might be a reason why for thousands of years NO italian chef, mom, dad or anyone else has put these two together.
I have an Ooni over and used your idea here to create my own pizza. I did a gyro pizza using your tzatziki sauce as the base with the lamb, tomato, and cheese then after baking topped with diced cucumber. It was awesome!! Thank you for the inspiration

I was stuck at some airport overnight, the woodfired pizza place had made a breakfast pizza similar to this. It was so delicious. The airport's ambiance at 3 am, cozy restaurant and egg oozing pizza was so nice. Good memory.

Believe me or not, I started a small bakery because of you. “Bagels” I used your recipe and tweaked it a little and now I’m almost to the point to where I can have my beautiful wife quite her job.
