  1. Meanwhile Italians are sharpening their pitchforks … what a way to show your ancestors the finger. There might be a reason why for thousands of years NO italian chef, mom, dad or anyone else has put these two together.

  2. I have an Ooni over and used your idea here to create my own pizza. I did a gyro pizza using your tzatziki sauce as the base with the lamb, tomato, and cheese then after baking topped with diced cucumber. It was awesome!! Thank you for the inspiration

  3. Again Max, why the choppy editing? I've been a huge fan for several years, and now the quality of the video is really hurting the viewing experience. I've made so many of your recipes from this, my favorite cooking channel. I get it, you guys are making big $$$ which is revealed via the plethora of ads now breaking up the videos. Please take a look at your videos from a year or 2 ago. Those were gold. Rushing things in the name of $$$ is killing it for us fans. We love you guys,, get back to your roots.

  4. I was stuck at some airport overnight, the woodfired pizza place had made a breakfast pizza similar to this. It was so delicious. The airport's ambiance at 3 am, cozy restaurant and egg oozing pizza was so nice. Good memory.

  5. Hey Sam my name is Jason. I’ve been watching you guys for about 4 month now trying a couple of recipes and I think you are great. Believe me or not, I started a small bakery because of you. “Bagels” I used your recipe and tweaked it a little and now I’m almost to the point to where I can have my beautiful wife quite her job. She has MS and it’s been a struggle for her. I have you guys playing in the background when I’m baking and I have to say you have me cracking up. You are definitely a blessing to me and my family and I wish you the best in your journey through life. Side note if you ever change out your EVO I will buy it from you….lol have a good one buddy.
