I love zucchini. Unfortunately not the most nutritious vegetable. Adding all the oils and cheese is delicious. However, don’t classify this as a vegetable nutrient.
Laura I sure hope you read this sometime. You absolutely made my Thanksgiving and Christmas. Your dry brined turkey recipe was the best I’ve ever made. I bought a really expensive prime rib and I followed your recipe for that and it came out perfect. I made this zucchini gratin and the family raved about it. For a fun side I made your stuffed mushrooms and they got devoured. Easiest holiday meals I’ve ever done. Thank you Laura, you’re amazing. I will be using more recipes and buying your cookbooks.
