  1. Absolute STAR of the show recipe! MUST TRY and follow exactly . Thank you sooo much Laura for sharing this simple yet classy recipe. The lemon zest is truly a magic ingredient!

  2. Thank you for this recipe – it was really easy to make. I put 2 anchovie fillets in with the olive oil, substituted the shalots for leeks as my store didn't have any. I also added broccoli florets instead of peas… My boyfriend loved it. Got seconds and took a serving to work.

  3. I made carbonara for the first time this week with actual pancetta and fresh parm and fully thought "Laura would be so proud of me!" 🤣🤣 I just planted my zucch seeds and cherry tomato starts out in the garden so I'm so excited to try out this primavera at the peak of summer! Always on the hunt for recipes that I can use my fresh produce (and my often overproductive herb garden) on 😆

  4. Question for Laura, my husband and I are staying away from white flour, white pasta and so I'm looking for recipes that are vegetarian like this one. What can I do if I want something else besides pasta in a pasta dish? What could I do differently? Any ideas. I'm trying to focus on losing some weight and pasta is my favorite so I don't know what to do. What are some options?

  5. seriously ? thirty something ? so you were twenty something ten years ago in those videos ? lets be real. you are mid 40's and frankly you still look stunning. but lets stop the fantasy lol.

  6. Laura – Aren't you ever concerned about the health impact of all the dairy you consume? It is so immune system clogging, never mind constipating. It would be great to see some recipes without a bunch of cheese added. Couldn't you use more herbs for flavor instead?
