  2. I preordered your book as soon as it was available so, for me, it’s been a long wait. I very rarely buy cookbooks anymore but your is an exception. By the way, I absolutely LOVE affogato but have always made it with vanilla gelato. Looking forward to trying it with hazelnut ice cream.
