  1. Looks great and I bet it taste good also. The chile con carne you have is, as we Mexicans say, Americanized, But I bet it taste great also. I'm going to cook this for me and my wife. I have a question, what can I use instead of eggs, a family member is allergic to them? Saludos brother.

I am living in Northern Maine on Canadian border but work with someone from St. Louis, and from the culinary conversations we have had in think she would say you should use Provell cheese which is a St Louis thang – would love to hear/see your opinion on that cheese…she gets a lot of guff for mentioning it in team meetings and i have never tried it. luv luv luv this channel and this is a virgin experience for me on you tube – long time viewer first time commenting!!! ❤

  6. Sounds great! Just subscribed! My go to drink with this would be a drink I made up for my friends. My Mexican Mule! Muddled a few jalapeño rings, additive free tequila, lime juice, ginger beer, ice, and garnish with a couple of jalapeño rings and enjoy! Cheers!

  8. @SamtheCookingGuy bruh….gonna have to make this! add to the list of many things you've inspired me to make! something you should maybe try….Shredded teriyaki chicken nachos! simple and easy! pan sear some chicken, shred it, add teriyaki and cover the shredded chicken in it. then assemble chips, chicken mixture and a bunch of cheddar cheeses! then bake till melty and top with GREEN ONIONS! you and the viewers will thank me!
