  1. I’m back, this is delish thanks for sharing Laura. Also, everyone do not dare take out those seeds with your hand. If the poblanos as spicy you will be in pain. Use a spoon or some type of utensil to do it.

  2. I almost stayed away from this recipe, only because I am from New Mexico. You kinda meshed up a serving we call entomtadas and a chiie relleno, but I will use fresh Green Chilie from N.M. So good job!!!! Thank you!!

  3. I know this is your version, but no hell no!! 👎🏽 this just makes Mexican food not look good! That’s not enchilada sauce that’s tomato sauce. Not Chile rellenos just Chile slices which are called rajas.

  5. My stepdads favorite dish is Chile relleno . My mom makes a different sauce however, this looks amazing I will try it this way next gathering and see what they think. Thanks Laura!
