  2. I use light Philadelphia cream cheese n 35% whipping cream n the bonus coffee Liquor about 1-2oz even inside the coffee n it taste 👅 sooooo amazing. People can tell it’s cream cheese n it taste 👅 light.

  3. I never loved tiramisu until we went to Italy 2 weeks ago and it was completely different from any tiramisu I've ever had, literally brought me to tears it was so incredible. Now I HAVE to figure out how to make tiramisu like I had in italy.

  4. HMMM CREAM ? I ALWAYS USE THE WHIPPED EGG WHITES TO FOLD INTO THE MARSCAPONE AND EGG AND SUGAR …. INTERESTING THAT YOU PUT ALCHOHOL IN THE CHEESE ? I USUALLY PUT IT IN THE COFFEE ONLY … I USE AMARETTO INSTEAD OF KAHLUA …

  5. I think the written recipe may have an error in it. I made this with 3/4 C of Amaretto (instead of Frangelico) and it made the cream mixture WAY too thin. It’s a runny mess. 😢

  6. Non dico che non sia buono e ognuno e' libero di farlo come preferisce, ma questo non e' il tiramisu' classico italiano. C'e' la ricetta registrata e depositata e gli ingredienti sono: uova, zucchero, mascarpone BIANCO, caffe' , cacao amaro. Come liquore e' tollerato il marsala o amaretto di Saronno e solo nel caffe', non nella crema. NON si usa la panna, ma i bianchi delle uova montati a neve ferma e aggiunti a mano, per rendere la crema leggera e soffice. La panna hanno iniziato a usarla nei ristoranti per questione di comodita'.
