Can you make a corn bread chicken dressing recipe please 🙏🏽
I always have heard not to stuff your bird because the stuffing mix absorbs juice from the turkey so I'm going to try an experiment this year, after I take apart the bird I'm going to pack the carcus with the stuffing mix, wrap it up in foil then bake, then half way through the baking process I will turn it upside down so the juices flow into the stuffing mix, should be around 40 minutes or so……
Ok, coming across this for the first time. You know, I never thought about making stuffing ever, because I grew up with giblet stuffing. Waste not, want not, but it really didn't call my name. Thanksgiving is luxury food, and giblet stuffing is NOT luxury!!!! So, I never bothered… Now I'm rethinking that, because that stuffing looks delicious!!!

4:20 remove giblet / heart bag or the turkey will be underdone , I have seen it at UCSF catering event . Red juices flodded table at green room it was a debacle

Defrosting/brining are the same step, but do it over night.
The turkey being frozen is like a 12lb ice cube, keeping your water cold. The salt will help defrost as well 👍

Just made everything here for a Thanksgiving feast. It was all fantastic. 15lb turkey cooked to perfection. The gravy was ridiculously good. Bonus: I now have Dry Vermouth for the bar. Thanks, Sam and family, and happy holidays!

Watched this 3 years ago 👍 I was raised with the traditional Turkey roasting. Trying to pull it out of the Nesco (my mom was Nutz over the electric Roaster for turkey and ribs!), trying to keep the turkey in ONE damned piece! The getting Burned! The stuffing glopping into the juices. The MESS!! I'm Imploring people to watch this process! It Will Change how your Momma taught you to do poultry! Never heard of spatchcock! O.M.G!!! Juicy, easy, Quick Cooking time! Gorgeous Bird! And the Clean Up🫶❣️ Even presenting it to the table. I'll never go through a ooey gooey poultry bottom again! Crispy! Flavorful! Leftover Storage!
