Hi Laura, my mom had her secret recipe for breaded thin steak, (in Spanish is empanadizado de bistec) and can also be used on chicken tenders as well. And it is soda crackers, preferably keeblers you can used with egg wash mixture or just alone. OMG delicious, you can fry or bake. Love all your videos. I cannot get enough I just keep viewing. Made these the other day. They were good but the pretzel coating did not stay on. I will dip them in egg and then the pretzel mix next time.

Made these today and they didn't come out crispy like yours – not sure if the drizzled oil played a factor or oven wasn't hot enough but the coating became soggy. Will have to tweak some things
