We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. I'm late to the game and catching up on my viewing of YouTube videos but I love how Sam dropped a piece of vegetable on the floor, scooped it up quickly, and threw it in the sheet pan. Real people doing real things that most won't admit that they do. 🤣😂

  2. I thought I was hearing things when you first said it but chicken and apple sausages should not be a thing. Add some fruit to the pan (say roast peach and do it slowly) and you are half way to being a cook. Or learn how to make a proper ratatouille and then improvise. I feel let down Sam.

  3. I've tried this a couple times. My tweak: cut the sausages at an angle, and roast them first, for about 20 min or so; maybe as long as 30 min depending on your oven and how hot you want to cook. THEN, add your veg and roast them for another 20 – 30 minutes. That way, the sausages should brown up a bit without cooking the veggies to death.

  4. At least this guy talks about interesting stuff and focuses on the food unlike some of these YouTube cooks that have a 20 minute video and waste 5 minutes of it talking about the onion they were given from the neighbors garden as if anybody gives a damn. It’s an onion…….I’ll just go to piggly wiggly and get one 🤷‍♂️

  5. Oh man! My usual grocery store has chicken sausages with cheddar where the cheddar will get a nice toasted flavor while cooking. Those would be perfect for this.

Maybe throw on some largish cherry tomatoes (or smallish regular ones) for the second half of the roast.

  6. Sam and friends! My mother and I have been big fans of the channel for quite some time now, so I decided to pick her up a copy of "Recipes with Intentional Leftovers" for Christmas. Little did i know she had ordered something for me, and a birdwatching book for someone else, and they were all arriving on the same day. When she opened the package, to everyone's surprise it was the copy of Intentional Leftovers that I ordered for her, and a copy of "Between the Buns" that she ordered for me! a good wholesome Christmas chuckle was had on behalf of Sam and the crew. Thanks for doing what you do, and keep it up! We all appreciate ya 🤙

  7. Hey Sam, haven’t seen but I could be wrong, but i was wondering if you could do a Turkish style lamb/beef shish kebab? Went tdy to England and that was probably the best thing I ate there, been trying to replicate it since and can’t seem to get it right. Thanks!
