  1. Made this dish tonight and it is my new obsession!!!
Oh my word, this pasta is insanely delicious!
After dinner, I cleaned up and saved a small container with leftover. Two hours later and that container is sitting next to me… empty!

  2. This is a delicious one pot wonder! Made it tonight with your rustic bread which I can see why you make it every day because it's so versatile…bread and butter, toast, sandwiches, etc!

  3. OMG! this was sooooo goooood! Wife made this using Rigatoni and we ate it two nights in a row. I put just a little ground beef and shredded cheese on top of mine. You'll want to spoon out and sop out every last bit of goodness; this is a real winner.

  4. Made this for supper tonight and it was a huge hit with my wife. Sadly didn't have any wine or beef stock so I subbed with chicken stock. Can't wait to make it again, it was delicious so I can only imagine what it'll be with beef.

  5. Hi Laura, just tuning in to say a long overdue big thank you to you. I came to study in Canada back in 2013 and I knew nothing about cooking as a foreign grad student. Your recipes got me through some toughest time of my life, till this day I always tell people that it’s this Italian American lady on YouTube that got this Chinese girl into cooking lol. Fast forward 10 years, now with partner and settled up here in Canada, I still think of your channel every time I whip up some quick pasta that I get to enjoy with my family. Always so lovely to see your new videos, feels like catching up with a friend 😊. Don’t ever underestimate how much you’ve impacted people’s lives! And wish you and your family all the best! ❤

  6. This really looks amazing. Thanks for this recipe 🙂
Quick question.. instead of beef stock, is it ok to use chicken or mutton stock? Any suggestions for the alternate to beef stock please?

  7. Just made this recipe but did Fairlife fat free milk, chicken stock and cooking wine! I added a bit more cooking wine toward the ends while it was sitting to enhance that taste but otherwise SO GOOD! I paired with pan seared chicken thighs!
