  1. O my…these Greek Potatoes were outstanding. I made them for a get together and everyone loved them. The next night I had to make them again, just for myself. A Greek Salad, some Tzatziki sauce and these potatoes is all I want to eat now. Thank you for this recipe.

  2. OMG!!!! These are the most delicious potatoes I have ever eaten, thank you Laura 🥰. It creates an explosion of taste in your mouth. I just finished preparing the dish for our Memorial Day Celebration lunch.

So grateful to all of you that paused your life or made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy everyday. May we never take that sacrifice for granted. Happy Memorial Day and thank you to all of our veterans, we are a blessed Nation 😊💜🙏

  3. Wow 👌 so close to the Syrian recipe but we use garlic marinated in apple vinegar instead of lemon and we use cinnamon and pomegranate sauce and it is super yummy 😋

  4. Just made this dish.. It is so good… Will definitely do it again. The only painful thing is that the cleaning of the pan afterward. Had to scrub a bit to get all the burnt and crispy bits off.. But it is so worth it. Thank you.

  5. The best way to have oven made potatoes is the “Balkan” way (Idk where it originates from, just know Balkan people do it a lot). Season the potatoes however you want, and put some meat with bone or chicken on top to let the fat and juices of the meat get into it as well. And I really prefer Vegeta as my spice (Mediterranean spice mix).

If anyone is from Balkans here they’ll agree 😁

  6. Perfect recipe, have done already several times. After trying first time I made slight adjustment – added fresh rosmarino, less lemon juice and no lemon chunks inside ( too much acidity otherwise) and baked at less preheated oven. But it’s my choice 🙂

  7. I love these potatoes, just made tonight but next time I would use less lemon and less olive oil. Added bite-size pieces of bacon at the end, should be great with pieces of chicken baked together!
