  1. I use butternut squash too, for the same reason BUT boost the flavor by adding a small mashed sweet potato, it tastes great! Also, I don't puree my filling, I just mash it, so it has more body and texture, but is reasonably smooth – canned puree is too soggy, lacks texture.

  2. It seems like I needed about 20 times the amount of liquid/egg you used in yours. When I tried to repeat this recipe, the dough wasn't dough, it was flour with some lumps in it.

I’ve been watching your channel for years lol my speculation is …he’s laughing because you’re trying to “act normal” but us Laura Vitale veterans can tell you may be under the influence of a glass of wine or a delta 8 gummy and feeling “happy”.
